Dealer Responsibilities

As part of the WSE team, you will be depended on to provide:

  • Customer engagement, sales, installation and payments.
  • Knowledge of local building codes and explanation of these to customers.
  • Customer support on decisions regarding system sizing and mounting choices.
  • Customer support through FIT or MicroFIT registration, application and contract processes.
  • Effective guidance to customers on choice of location, while recognizing orientation and shading conditions.
  • Use of own site to demonstrate professional and appealing system installation capabilities.

Extra Revenue Dealer services may include:

  • Complete execution of the registration, application and contract development activities for the customer.
  • Real-time monitoring of the output of the customer’s PV system with quarterly report of ROI and reaction to any performance degradation.
